It doesn't work!

The toy itself is very good for a baby that likes to squeeze toys, since it's a stuffed toy. But first of all it came in a plastic bag like a ziploc, not the original box. Second, it did came with batteries but they're dead, like if the toy has been used before and this item supposed to be branded new. I'm very disappointed with this order, I purchased two items, one of them came with a little rip, and it's ok because Walmart refunded it, but now I also have this defective toy and its supposed to be for the 25th, I don't know if I still got time.
