I have thin, fine hair, so I'm always cautious about shampoos that promise “strength” or “length” because they can easily weigh my hair down. So far, I've been pleasantly surprised by this one. While I can't speak to the “longer” claim yet since I just started using it (hence 4 stars), I can say it leaves my hair feeling clean, soft, and lightweight. I typically shampoo twice in the shower, and this does a great job cleansing both my hair and scalp without stripping or leaving buildup. My hair feels softer afterward and still has movement—no heaviness or flatness, which is a big win for fine hair. Overall, it feels like a solid, well-balanced shampoo, especially if you want something that cleans thoroughly while keeping hair soft and manageable.
