I followed the instructions exactly. This is not my first or even 30th time to color my hair so I know what I'm doing. It doesn't cover gray hear the scalp. Very disappointing

5N is way darker than pictured

I have very dark brown, almost black hair already, I'm Asian. I just needed to cover the greys at my roots and it somehow made my hair even darker than its natural colour despite being a "natural brown". Giving it two stars because it doesn't damage my hair at least.
