good battery life - video keyboard a bit small

I bought this because my NEC Terrain is no longer being upgraded and I needed something that would run the latest bank and map software. The actual kicker was when I upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04 I could not longer connect with a USB cable to the computer to transfer files to and from the phone. I actually prefer the smaller NEC Terrain with a "real" keyboard, which makes typing easier. But, the DuraForce PRO works swell with the cable. You can easily wireless print from your phone, used that option already ! If you had a portable printer this would be good for maps done while in the car. I tried Google Maps while driving, the voice step by step turn works great and the phone is loud enough to hear. The DuraForce Pro makes up for the keyboard difference with the predictive typing and it looked to be the best value (though not the cheapest) for a rugged phone. Camera is fine. Battery life is great! Plus, it charges fairly quickly. I put it into a leather case from Korea with a sliding tab so you just slide the phone up to expose the camera up to take pictures. I replaced the glue with a 3M double sided tape so the phone stays secure within the case. Very solid and keeps the screen safe, yet, still easy for a quick picture. Fits fine in a cargo pants pocket, would be a good option for a pocket book too. This has good voice transmission quality compared to the Terrain! All in all very happy with the phone. I expected the same quality from the phone as from the Kyocera printers and got it !

It's a very durable phone

It's a good phone . It dose everything I need it to do and it has its own insurance.. I've dropped it off roofs. Stand out in the rain. And I can call and text with no complacations. I can stream and it has great picture when I watch my hockey. It's a upgrade from the duraforce. Witch was also a grade A phone. I only broke it once in the 2 years.. it got ran over by a simi... This one is much better... Got paint on your hands?? This phone won't asorb it like the older model.. I've thrown it in water for a point... Turned on music and it played cyrital clear... Bad thing is that it's quality of music on aux. But with 32 gigs.. download a exualizer.. boom fix and good to go.. all in all a very durable and powerful phone

Versatile, Rugged, High Quality, Great Sound, etc.

This phone has terrific qualities w/ long battery life, great sound, very durable, water resistant, rugged, plenty of storage, and all around great phone. In my opinion this phone has double the longevity than all the top of line phones like iphones, samsung, lg. Kyocera makes a fantastic product and the multiple cameras are also awesome.
