I have used the Quickset locks for several years & have had excellent service. I have had to contact customer service for finish deteriation issues & was sent a new lock set to replace the old one with no hassle.

This is a true story that happened many years ago while living in an apartment. One afternoon I cam home from work only to find that someone had tried to break into my apartment. The door knob had been literally crushed with a pair of channelock pliers to gain entry , but was foiled by the Kwikset security features that are installed in every Kwikset door knob.. I tell you, I was pretty impressed with Kwikset after that and I feel if it had been any other brand door knob, that attempted break in might not have been stopped.
