Worst packaging for this sort of item

This review is not about the ornament, it is lovely. The packaging was horrible, this is a fragile glass item and it was sent in a flimsy mailer. The item container was bent, the item was loose in the container and I am surprised it was not totally crushed. Still looking closely for cracks.
