I have a 60 pound aussie/lab mix with very weak back legs and geriatric vestibular disease. I do not use the front strap and slide the harness back a little further and use it to steady her while she walks so that she does not fall. She is losing muscle in her back end and I really like that the back portion is smaller and can be adjusted to fit her. When she is going to be getting up and down frequently, I can leave the harness on her since it has the Velcro pieces on the body of the harness and she is not bothered by it. The handles Velcro together and are very comfortable for me while assisting her. This product is very well made and durable.

Best purchase we have made for Buddy. He is 14 and back legs are unstable. Helps us lift him up and down the backdoor steps plus getting him into the suv. Will sometimes use to keep him stable when he walks Easy to put on because his legs do not have to be lifted. Buddy is losing his muscle and losing weight so its getting too big and there is not a smaller size :( know
