Service - Trash | Tires Great

I purchased tires online and scheduled an appointment a week in advance. On the day of, I got a call saying no one showed up and they couldn't do the installation. I was told the next day would be fine, but I had to reschedule an alignment at another shop to accommodate them—another major inconvenience. When I arrived, my appointment had been completely canceled without notice. Staff couldn't process my order, and the manager didn't acknowledge the poor communication. Two days of my time wasted—terrible service. The tires themselves are great, but I'm giving one star because of the awful communication.
