Not bad, but a bit akward
it's very clunky, and heavy. It does the job, but when I try to move the desk on my bed, it more often than not tips over spilling my laptop and mouse on the bed.

I haven't opened the box this came in so I can't attest to it's shape, it was also delivered in the time it was supposed to, BUT if your ordering this as a present for someone who lives at the address it's being delivered to. It's not in a plain shipping box, it has a picture on both sides of the box!

Works well
I bought this to set a document camera on when teaching. It elevates the camera and allows me to write without having to bend down and write at the desk level. Even with the camera on it, there is still plenty of room on the table for the paper I am writing on.
