Good ingredients
This Resveratrol Six has 250mg. Japanese Knotweed extract in each capsule. Plus it has an additional blend of 5 herbs. I felt this would be a more natural and effective product. I wasn't able to detect a noticeable improvement from using this but it was probably beneficial with the other products I was using at the same time. The bottle is empty now and I will wait a couple of weeks before deciding to re-order.
