Ready in 10 Minutes
Ingredients: 1 package of Kral Kadaifi, 1000ml water, 1000 g sugar, 2-3 drops lemon juice.
Add sugar and water for the syrup into a small pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium, add the lemon juice, and cook until the sugar dissolves approx 5-10 min. When the syrup is warm, pour all of the syrup over the kataifi. Allow the pastry to absorb the syrup and serve!
