Kraft America's Classic Unwrapped Candy Caramel Bits for Easy Melting, 11 oz Bag

These work perfectly for melting as well as for baking in cookies or cupcakes or even cakes. I love the flavor and they're easy to sculpt into shapes as well similar to fondant. I love them. These are so delicious I ate one of the bags all by myself as snacks for a week.

I was very surprised at these little bits of goodness. I always make pecan turtles for Christmas and always have used the Kraft caramel candies individually wrapped. I had seen these for several years, but thought……they can't be as good as the little squares. But, this year, I thought…..I really don't want to unwrap all of those so I think I'll give these Kraft caramel bits a try. But, just in case, I did get the original squares, too. Wow, was I surprised at how easy these were to melt and how good they were. We couldn't tell the difference. Saves me a lot of time making my turtles. These will be my go-to caramels for candy-making.
