These are much more comfortable than my old clip-on headphones from the 90's - the piece that wraps/hooks behind your ear automatically adjusts to the thickness of your ear, so no ache/pain even after wearing for 3 hrs straight. Cord was also about 6" longer (48in) than my old pair (42in) which makes a difference when turning your head and/or reaching for something. Sound quality is also good, but they are a little more padded (not pressed tightly against ear) so you can also hear outside noise (like tv in next room) which is probably a good thing for joggers

The cord IS NOT 4' long. From the tip of the AUX plug to the top of the earphone clip is 4'. Had I known this truly wasn't a 4' cord, I would've purchased something else. Ear clips are comfortable and sound quality is decent.
