This seat extender is a game changer!

We have an anxious 2-year-old pit/German shepherd mix, who unfortunately fell off the back seat and into the well, when I had to slam on my brakes. This made our somewhat anxious puppy even worse, and he was starting to avoid getting into the back seat altogether (even though he always loved to go for car rides before that happened to him). Once we purchased and put in the very solid back seat extender - it was a game changer! It's important to use the straps over the headrests by tightening them until they make the base very firm. Once everything is set up properly, at 57 pounds he can now confidently jump up and into the back seat, knowing that it is solid and will keep him safe. A slot is provided that allowed us to clip him into our seat belt and that gives us peace of mind also. We have even placed an extra bed on top of the extender, and he now LOVES to go on rides again!
