It is what it is and that's very good.
Nice hose - I particularly like the female end molding - off the spec chart. It has no hint of smelling like a hose - just tap water. However, while it's an excellent what it is - it is light - and without heavy rubber it's going to kink easily, in multiple places, when you hang it.

Purchased this hose to use on our food truck at an event we do that is 8 weeks in the same spot. We connect to city water and our water lines frequently freeze at night and thaw when the sun comes out the next day. This hose stood up to constant freezing and thwing for weeks with no leaks. Very happy witht the performence of the hose.
