It does in fact have alot of sugar, as much as pure maple syrup, but i find it easier to feel better about the sugar content when it's made with real berries and taste 😋 soooo good on my waffles 🧇 and pancakes 🥞 , so i really considered not sharing how good this stuff is, because i want it to be available when i need some more. I use to have to wait for it to ship, but the last few times i purchased, it has been available in store.
