Great self contained unit.

Wonderful to have a self contained unit that works. I use it to clean my balcony. Pressure works great and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a power washer that doesn't require a direct hose connection.

Missing pressure hose, still no return label

Arrived on the 5th. Missing the pressure hose , Called customer service, I was told cant just send the hose, I have to return and then they'll send new, They said they would email me the return label. It is now the 11 th. Still no label. Can't use something if it doesn't have all the parts, Just saying it would have been so much easier just to send me missing hose and maybe I would've gotten by now. Quite a bit of money for something that they didn't even check for all the parts. I even purchased the warranty but first I have to actually get the product in it's entirety. Just so frustrating.
