Kit was old with dried up paints.

I bought this nail decorating set for my 8 year old granddaughter. I used the same one with her Mom when she was the same age. It was very disappointing when they went to use the kit, and more than half of the nail paints were dried up. My granddaughter was VERY disappointed, especially after I had sung it's praises and gave it a big build up while we were waiting for it to arrive. What a disappointment.
