It includes a wireless remote and built-in Wi-Fi for smartphone control via the NetHome Plus App. Features include 4-in-1 multifunction mode, digital controls, washable filters, Energy Saving mode, low temperature protection, enhanced safety with grounding and circuit protection, fresh air intake, automatic auxiliary heating, self-diagnostics, 24V thermostat compatibility, and a Front Desk Reserved Port for hotel management. Additionally, the Golden Fin technology boosts heat exchange efficiency and provides superior corrosion resistance for long-term durability.

I ordered 12k btu was upgraded tp 15k BTU for free, the item works it is a bit loud and the display doesnt always come on but it gets the room nice and cool (not cold) and it heats quickly. i use the fan feature most of the time and it gives a nice airflow. i would recommend it definitely makes the room more comfortable on those hot days.
