Ladies, don't do what I did. Don't keep using your sanitary pads thinking. “Oh, it's the same thing.” Oh no it isn't. I was so stubborn, refusing the idea of a leak protection product. And getting tired of leaking onto the sofa and I'm too young to sit on a folded towel! Poise has changed everything for me!
