For easy removal of embossed backing: Pop | Peel | ApplyAdults and children 12 years of age and older:Clean and dry affected areaRemove backing from patch by firming grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middleCarefully remove smaller portion of backing from patch and apply exposed portion of patch to affected areaOnce exposed portion of patch is positioned, carefully remove remaining backing to completely apply patch to affected areaUse 1 patch at a time and not more than 3 to 4 times dailyChildren under 12 years of age: consult a doctor

Directions: Remove backing from patch by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middle. Best Relief from a Patch that Stays on !
This is the only item that relieves the pain from my broken spine. I fell 9 feet onto a concrete floor and broke my spine in two places. My pain meds can only be used every 3 days...so on the last day of this cycle I use one of these Icy Hot Lidocaine patch. It stays in place until I am ready to take it off.

They work great at numbing my back while I'm cleaning houses. My lower back pain prevents me from vacuuming and mopping. I wish they held on better, but that is my fault my waist of my pants is on top of it so it makes it peel off if I don't get it out just right.
