The Keystone 14,000 BTU 230V through-the-wall air conditioner with 10,600 BTU Supplemental Heat Capability is perfect for rooms up to 700 square feet. In addition to cooling, this versatile unit also offers supplemental heat capability, providing you with an additional heat source to your main heat source when outdoor temperatures are above 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It has electronic controls with LED display and a temperature sensing LCD remote control allowing you to conveniently see, set and maintain the room temperature from across the room. Money saving features include energy saver mode, sleep mode and a programmable 24-hour timer. This unit is designed for through-the-wall installation and is not designed for standard window installation (WALL SLEEVE SOLD SEPARATELY). This unit also requires a special 230-volt/20-amp electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet.
- LARGE-SCALE COOLING AND HEATING: With a 9.3 energy efficiency ratio (EER), this 14,000 BTU through the wall air conditioner can effectively cool rooms up to 700 sq. ft and dehumidify up to 2.9 pints per hour. (Product is not suitable for window installation). Integrated electric heater provides supplemental heating of 10,600 BTUs.
- 230-VOLT/20-AMP ELECTRICAL OUTLET REQUIRED: This air conditioner has a 6.5ft power cord with a NEMA 6-20P grounding plug that will not fit a standard 115V electrical outlet.
- TEMPERATURE SENSING FOLLOW ME REMOTE CONTROL: With a thermostat built into the remote control, say good-bye to uneven room temperatures. The remote makes it easier to control the unit from anywhere in the room and its integrated thermostat signals the AC to cool the space based on where you are.
- FRONT-ACCESS FILTER: Let’s face it. Filters collect dust. With our front-access design, cleaning that dusty filter is a piece of cake. Simply pull it out, vacuum or rinse and dry, and slide back into place. No hassle and no disassembly required.
- GUARANTEED FIT: This air conditioner will fit in your existing 24.5” to 27” sleeve. We guarantee it. At 20.3” D x 24.2” W x 14.5” H, we provide the foam seals and installation kit necessary to retrofit your existing sleeve. If you don’t have a sleeve, the matching Keystone KSTSLV1 is also available for purchase (sold separately).

Great a/c for the price.
Bought this a month ago after our old through the wall ac gave up. This new ac was the same size but way more features, higher btus, energy saver feature, and has heat. It came with complete accs such as foam strips, back protective grills, etc. Btw, for installation, i hired an electrician which im glad i did. The manufacturers of these brand was so concerned about the customers safety that the had a built-in breaker w/ led light on the 240v 20amp plug (different plug from 240v 15amp). So he had to re-route our outlet from hidden inside the wall to the frontside (and upgrading our outlet at the same time). So if the power fluctuates, the built in breaker will trip to protect the sc unit and your home, all i have to do is press the button on the plug to reset without having to remove the whole ac to access the plug. But if your ac outlet is located on the front, then you have nothing to change. Great product, bang for the buck.

The AC we had no longer cooled and was 30 + years old. We found this one at Sam.s after looking all over ,for 240 volt units ( other stores and on line , only could find was 110 volt window units ) The unit fit right in the wall box like it was made for it !
