Always Maxi Pads with Wings, Size 5, Extra Heavy Overnight, 36 Count

First I have severe Endometriosis extreme cramps that have put me in hospital on many occasions with heavy flows and clots nothing has ever worked for me at night but these pads! They are great at protecting my cloths and sheets since the back go so far up as well as fanning out I absolutely need the wing since gushes are a constant problem. I am also very sensitive to most brands I have had allergic reactions to pads and liners so far I am ok with these nothing bad however, I have used Stayfree cotton pads both thick and thin but the company was sold and I can't find thick overnight WITH wings so I'm back to my Always. One complaints I do have is these can sometimes cause irritation and not absorb as quickly as I need it is sitting on top layer when I was sitting on the toilet I was balancing my panty to avoid spills but stayfree cotton opened my eyes to how fast absorption can happen I mean I saw full gush absorb way faster than always. Now that doesn't mean there bad I just was shocked if I was at work and not home that moisture is causing chaffing and possible accident. Now I know! I also work in office and sitting on a thick pad all day can cause pain that's with changing regularly every few hours but again we make do the Stay free did not hurt sitting all day but then again it's cotton and I can't find them anymore in stores. I will still always buy these cause there my tried and true but plastic mesh top is starting to cause frustration . Always backing glue on back and wings is great never an issue it's strong and with no shifting or moving or bunching. Wrapper is quiet if you care about such things I'm not shy at all but if you are I support your wanting to know! Again completely love but after 25 years of periods I have had a few accidents from overflow standing which is why I want to try more cotton version but it's hard switching something you used whole life! Plus for sleeping there perfection! I did try always radiant flex foam heavy its a no on those because shifting and movement. As of now these are my safest option for sleeping and heavy days and I fully support anyone else trying them.

on my heaviest days, i have to have these. if put on right, it it's invisible during the day, but it is a life saver for bed time. no bulkiness, it's super long, i rarely have any leaks, except when i am playing sports, which, is expected in rugby with all the fidgeting and pulling up and down of my shorts lol -- otherwise, on super heavy days, this is awesome.
