Do not take more than directed. Adult and children 12 years and over, take 2 caplets every 8 hours while symptoms persist. Children under 12 years, as a doctor. Do not take more than 6 caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. Read all warnings and directions before use. Keep carton. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Avoid excessive heat above 40 degrees (104 degrees F).

I think they stole my idea LOL i have mixed them for years but I wasn't thinking about the repercussions of the amount I was taking i listened to a doctor some years back when he said if your not gonna take 800mg then don't bother Years later I find out I damaged my kidneys Advil (Ibuprofen) is good for inflammation Tylenol (Acetaminophfoen) is for pain but can damage liver The duel action gives an appropriate amount of each Compare bottle sizes and quantities of pills because some come out more expensive
