Wonderful flavor and enough for dessert. I like these cups because it helps me not eat too much (as I would if I made it myself), helps with diabetes and losing weight this way too. I like to remove top and cover then microwave for 30 sec. But ice cold different flavor. Both ways wonderful. Do NOT flush remaining down any sink because the beads swell up and can stop up the sink. This is for people who don't already do this.
