Gerber D454012 Selene 1.75 GPM Single Hole Pull Down Kitchen Faucet - Chrome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gerber Plumbing Fixtures - Selene 1H Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet is a very nice faucet. The materials are substantial and heavy, definitely high quality. The finish is beautiful. I love the elegance of the matte finish with the black color and especially the smooth, strong texture that will hold up over time. The shape of the handle is so beautiful but also comfortable and easy to use. The handle moves very smoothly making it easy to adjust it just right for your needs. This faucet adds a touch of elegance to the kitchen. I was disappointed to find there was no base plate included in the package. It just doesn't look quite finished without a normal base. To me, it looks a little funny just sticking up out of the sink top. The base can be ordered separately. It seems strange to me and I am disappointed that a basic piece which you would assume would be included is not. Installation is not too bad if you have any prior experience in installing faucets. The written instructions are simple but clear and has good illustrations. Having video instructions you can access online is great. That was super helpful. It took a little longer than I expected and a few tweaks but it installed without too much trouble. I do like the one hand pull down sprayer. That is a very convenient feature. I kind of expected there to be some magnetic structure to more securely hold the sprayer in place on the faucet but there is not. I do really like the buttons on the spray head that switch between spray patterns. This button is just in the right spot under the fingers making it super easy to operate. The arch of the faucet is plenty wide reaching over my sink nicely without being in the way. This is a high quality, beautiful faucet. I give it five stars for quality of materials, construction, and function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet is beautiful. It was easy to upgrade our old faucet to this wonderful one. The pull down head to spray our sink is great. The hose to spray is the perfect length. The hose under the sink worked out great also.
