Durable Roasting Pan With Removable Rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new roaster from Kitchen Aid is evidently made with a busy home-cook in mind. All the special details about it make it a winner for many large cooking jobs. The 5-ply stainless steel construction allows for superior and even heat distribution throughout the bottom and side surfaces. The interior is polished to a mirror-like finish and it is flawless. The pan comes with rack that is elevated for more even and quick cooking. The pan can fit a vary large turkey and potatoes and carrots or other vegetables can be put on the bottom. The handles are ergonomically designed to fit into the oven with ease and provide better grip and weight distribution. I am super impressed at how pleasant it is to just lift this vessel up and slide it into the oven, it is a joy to use. I like to know this is also dishwasher safe (although I will be handwashing it mostly). Unlike some similar pans, this one can be used on the stove top to reduce sauces or liquids, which is an important feature for me. I have had this type of pan on my must-have list for a while, and I am thrilled to have it now. The cooking possibilities are endless, and I am looking forward to use it weekly to make such dishes as roasted stuffed peppers, roasted herbed whole chicken, baked lasagna, eggplant parmesan, enchiladas, meat pies and other delicious recipes. This is the kitchen gadget I am excited to have and looking forward to using!

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is a beauty straight out of the box. I'm not a big cook but when I want to cook I want to have the right items and this Roaster is just what I needed without even knowing I needed it. It makes cooking amazing dinners easier. Having the removable rack on this roaster makes it 10x better. This is a must have for my kitchen from here on out.
