The Stanley Cordless Wet/Dry Handheld Vacuum is really easy to use, easy to clean, and does a great job picking up messes. Here's the breakdown: * The handheld vacuum will need to be charged before use, but it's really easy to set the vacuum in the charger and charge it up. * I tried the wet vacuum feature because that's what sets it apart from other handheld vacuums I've used. It's important to note that because of its size, the wet messes should be small, or be cleaned a bit at a time. The vacuum can hold only so much liquid, but if the mess is bigger, just be sure to frequently empty the collection bin often. When cleaning up liquid, be sure to keep the vacuum pointed down to prevent the liquid from getting through to the motor. The motor is not waterproof and can still be damaged if the vacuum is not handled properly. It does a great job cleaning up liquid messes and includes a squeegee attachment for non-absorbent surfaces like a counter-top. * This little cordless vacuum is quite powerful and able to do a good job cleaning up wet and dry messes. *Cleaning and maintenance of the Stanley wet/dry handheld vacuum is easy too. Filters and attachments can be cleaned with soapy water and dried. It's important to wait until all parts are completely dried before using. * The Stanley handheld vacuum is powered by a rechargeable battery. Included is prepaid recycling service to recycle the battery after the product no longer works properly. That's pretty cool. I love this vacuum! Obviously it's not the first handheld vacuum ever, but it works great for the price! My oldest (she's 9) looks for messes to clean up, simply because it's easy for her to use! Which is great because I have a 7 mo old baby, and she's into anything she can get her hands on. So quick clean up is a must for me. The charging system is great too, just mount the charger to you wall where ever is convenient and hang it up when your done, so it's always charged and ready to go.
