Parts missing inside box, very poorly shipped

we bought 2 separate lights and they came taped, excessively, together, we had to cut the rip the box apart to get to the lights, however, inside what looked like a sealed box, was a light with an important missing piece, the canopy cap that attaches the light to the ceiling, it is not useable without it. No idea how this can happen, the second light had all the parts. I contacted Kira and they told me it was the Bargain Pro's fault, since it came from them. My mistake for ordering from a place like this, this was well over $100. and now we are stuck unless they send the missing piece. Very upsetting and disppointing.

We do this as 3rd party sellers often do not know all parts that come with our items and sell them as incomplete. Those items purchased from these sellers are NOT eligible for replacements (as they may be defective, previously used with missing parts or damaged and resold under those conditions). We have no affiliation with Bargain Pros, thus we suggested you return the defective unit back to them and request a full refund.
