Great tasting from an old classic hot ceral. I sweeten with maple syrup and honey, add some real butter, and some heavy whipping cream, and a good quality hot link or sausage patties on the side. Sometimes 2 slices of of almost burnt toast. Yeah, I'm good to go till supper.

Check the packaging if you don't believe me. This would be a great source of iron if you are vegan or vegetarian. It can handle whatever you want to top it with or stir in. The consistency has a smooth texture and neutral wheat smell, much like cream of wheat. The preparation is easy, anywhere with a microwave and some water, so it is totally portable (provided you place the box into a bag for storage/travel). The box does not close securely once opened, so I do recommend storing it in either a separate container, or placing the whole box inside a gallon storage/freezer bag. The directions are easy to follow and remember. It definitely will fill you up if you eat breakfast in the morning, or any time you consider your morning. I completely recommend this for breakfast, or an anytime food, for a filling satisfying meal.
