1. Run disposer with full steam of hot water to clear it of any scraps. 2. Turn off disposer and reduce water to a slow steam (pencil width). 3. Refresh your sink by dropping in one Glisten capsule and turning on disposer for 15 seconds. 4. Turn off disposer and water. Your disposer is now refreshed and ready for normal use.

Work great-when I remember I have them to use! They do just what they say-freshen your disposal, My only "con" is that when I open the package to get just one out, some of the other balls scatter out as well. Would be nice if they were packaged in a more convenient way.
