I resisted getting a battery trimmer for the longest time, but I'm so glad I can ditch the mixed gas can and the carb rebuild kit. This trimmer is quiet, smokeless and only runs while you pull the trigger to trim with it. Plus my shoulder isn't aggravated anymore from pulling the start cord numerous times trying to start the old trimmer.

Right now I'm keeping it at three stars. The bump feature simply does NOT work; I had to take the battery pack off, turn it upside down, and push the bumper while pulling out the line by hand. I still have yet to reload the string line. I only hope THAT doesn't turn out to be a chore. It's the main reason I went with your product (my previous one shot parts all over the lawn).
