I'm not a vegetarian I had never tried veggie burgers before, but my daughter wanted me to give them a try and they are soo delicious! Nice and spicy and no weird fake meat flavors or textures or anything. I eat them as is or on a bun, I've even crumbled it up for a recipe. I don't usually care for black beans, but in this case, I'll make an exception. I hardly ever buy just plain veggi burgers any more. These are very flavorful and are more filling. Besides I need to eat more non-meat protein. I use the microwave and follow the instructions, but the texture isn't the same as as I think it should be. It doesn't seem firm enough and often breaks apart on the way from the cooking tray to the bun. Maybe I need to cook it a little more but we have a powerful oven and I don't want to burn it. I tested it with cooking thermometer and it was in the 170's each time I checked. I still will be buying them, because they are so good and economical too!
