Definitely what I need for my hair. I have thin but long, wavy hair and it makes my hair feel fuller and softer. And because my hair is thin, i do not need much product. Put a nickle sized dollap in my palm, lather it up and go. But a little goes a long way. Very convenient buying the shampoo and conditioner at once and cheaper than buying each product separately. I love it.
