leaks

I read the reviews about issues with leaking, so I hesitated to go with this valve, but in the end I hoped that perhaps the issue with leaks is not that common and that only the few who experience it are posting. Well, ours leaked. Disappointed, but at least not surprised given the the reviews. Plumber said he has been seeing this issue a lot. He states it is due a faulty part in the cartridge. He replaced the cartridge, and still leaked.
