Kings Brand Furniture Ambroise 6-Piece Queen Size Bedroom Set, Grey/Black. Bed, Dresser, Mirror, Chest & 2 Night Stands

I ordered the bed with an expected delivery date of October 9th, however the bed was not delivered until November 11th. I requested to have my bed delivered to my apartment the day of the delivery the company delivering my bed asked was my apt on the second floor which I told them yes. Upon receiving a response told me they could not deliver to front door because I did not pay for furniture to be taken upstairs, however I listed delivery instructions to Walmart. I am a 100 lb woman and had to move my furniture up a flight of stairs by myself. After assembling the bed I had no issues until this weekend when laying in the bed I heard a weird cracking noise as I proceeds to get out of my bed the sound got loud and next thing my mattress is on the floor. Upon investigation the 2 slacks supporting the middle of my bed broke. I proceeds to reach out to the company and they told me there is nothing for them to do about it and hire a local repair man. I have not even had the bed for a full month and the slacks already broke. I would not recommend for quality, and the customer service I received was unacceptable.
