Better packaging required
The packaging was barely adequate. Upper support was flattened and bent in transit and had to be reshaped by hammering and prying to assemble. Fortunately, the glass tube was intact, which was my primary concern. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. After assembly, the heater was able to ignite/start without any trouble.
