Unfortunately, my 4 month old grand baby ended with the flu. After 17 hours in the emergency room, just to be told to give her tylenol. Did my research on this medication, and I so glad I purchased it. My grand baby was able to breathe and have no complications. Used it for a week along with Tylenol. Highly recommended. Do not buy that other medicine that has day and night on here. It didn't work, and it made my grand baby more irritated. Look no further, buy thos one. The droppers stem should be longer, however.
