Damaged item/s received to be given as a gift
The taste of the chocolate was excellent—no complaints there. However, the issue was with how it was delivered. The outer box was damaged, and the individual product boxes were also deformed. Even though the chocolates were individually wrapped inside, some of them were misshapen, likely due to the pressure or mishandling during shipping. I wasn't able to return the items because I needed to give them as a gift to someone who was leaving the country just two days after delivery. I hope packaging can be improved to better protect the products during transit, especially for items meant to be given as gifts.
