Horrible quality. Cheaply made

Purchased this for my new ebike. Had one before so I know how they are supposed to work. I paid more money thinking I was going to get better one. Also had to pay bike shop to put it on. First trip cable snapped. Was attached with a piece of plastic and a flimsy piece of aluminum. Now if I want to return it I have to pay shop to take it off and put new one on. Not happy.
