This product is an emulsion containing Japanese sake (*fermented rice liquid/moisturizing ingredient) that moisturizes and conditions the skin, making it smooth and sleek. We have added amino acids (glutamic acid, arginine, leucine, glycine) and ceramides that have a high moisturizing effect. *Contains Kikumasamune Junmai Ginjo sake ●It absorbs quickly into areas where you are concerned about flakiness or dryness, leaving your skin moist and smooth without any roughness. It feels smooth and non-sticky, but it locks in moisture and protects your skin. ●Contains the same amount of free amino acids (moisturizing ingredients) as 1 sho (1800 mL) of Japanese sake [according to our research] ●Please use generously on your face as well as your whole body as an emulsion after showering or after taking a bath. ●Easy-to-use bottle with pump ●Weakly acidic/no coloring

Very cost effective large bottle size
The size of the package makes this product very cost effective. I like the quality and scent of the Kikumasamune sake skincare line, and have used this emulsion in combination with the Kikumasamune toner and moisturizing cream. The emulsion is milky and thicker than a toner but thinner in texture and composition than a day or night cream.

Amazing!
Similar scent to the lotion that comes from the same line. Pretty large bottle too that will last you a while. This has the texture a watery lotion, but absorbs similarly like a serum. Highly moisturizing and is likely to be a mainstay in my routine <3

Saved my skin!
I used this product a long time ago and then abandoned it due to the smell. But recently my skin was so dry that I was constantly breaking out. I reintroduced it, and my skin is now perfectly clear! I am not using any other products - this is my sole moisturizer, and it's enough for the hot and humid climate that I live in.
