this is the real deal! this produces a very nice blue, so you know it is the genuine article. Very nice pieces with plenty of bark. I emptied the whole bag (8 oz) into 8 cups of boiling water for 30 mins (not a hard boil) I then let it steep for 30 mins. After this cooled, I poured it into a glass bottle (an old kombucha bottle cleaned out). I added agave to sweeten and put it in the fridge to chill very yummy! Pro-tip... if dried properly, the wood chunks can be used to make tea 3 more times!
