Had to hire 2 to put it together.

Very expensive to put together . Over $300. & 2 Days Plus delivery $40. & tax $49.99 (Santa Monica). Otherwise it's great!!

Manor House

The Manor House was fairly straightforward to construct. Some pieces didn't have numbers stamped on them but was fairly easy to figure out where things went. Some screw placements were difficult to access with a drill or screwdriver. Had to cut a few pieces as well. Took every bit of 7-8 hrs due to all the different steps. At end of the day it looks great, seems fairly sturdy and most importantly my daughter loves it!

Cedar Summit Georgian Playhouse

This item is not a plastic, cheap put together. It is very nice with numerous pre cut wooden parts. Every piece was marked with the corresponding number per the directions. There were plenty of screws and all were packaged in individual type packages which helped in the construction. The directions were concise and the estimation of time required to put together completely is correct. It took 6.5 hours with three people taking no breaks. It went together surprisingly good. Time must be spent on making everything square and pre drilling pilot holes when needed is important to keep would from spitting.
