This time of the month is never fun! Anybody that tells you it can be better if you use/eat/try something is lying and more than likely trying to sell you something! I will tell you that these pads do NOT make it worse. I have used pads in the past that wick away moisture, and that included from my skin, making me sore and chapped. I have also used pads that had a strong perfume that was supposed to cover the smell, but made me have an allergic reaction to it. I have used ones that would not stick to the underwear so were pretty much useless. Stayfree has none of these problems. They stay where you place them. They use an odor neutralizer rather than a perfume. Lastly, they don't dry out your skin. I would recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin.
