Beautiful faucet

It arrived in 1 week after ordering, was easy to install, looks and functions beautifully. We bought it to replace a similar faucet made by a different company that leaked constantly. That company replaced it and the replacement also leaked. We decided to buy the Grohe K7. It was more expensive. But hopefully will give us years of perfect wear as our other Grohe faucets have.

I would have given this a 5 star but in less than 1 year I had a leaking problem with the faucet but with that said, Grohe was great about sending me a replacement piece at no cost to me and I have had no issues since.

Beautiful faucet which doesn't work right

We love the look of the faucet I would have given it a 5 star rating however after 3 years of limited use the spray and stream water now come out at the same time when turned on. So we must push the controller button to make it switch to which one we want to use rather than the water coming out in one form either spray or stream. Also the faucet make a horrible screeching noice when it's turned on as the spray and stream come out together.
