I take Vitamin C for many reasons but one that's important is for the body to make collagen,,it is the most important nutrient for collagen production,,taking it in divided doses of 500 mg.4 x day is the best way to achieve getting the amount you need daily

Love it 500MG per pill is right dosage

Great quality brand and packing is excellent with flip top being way better than the screw on for convenience. I love the dosage as I can take it twice a day instead of one megadose for some of the others at 1000MG per pill. This one is 500mg per pill, our bodies cannot absorb more at one time anyway.
