Great fixed blade knife, for hook blades

I'm roofing contractor, and use this type of knife every day. 1. Just twist center screw and it opens to grab and replace blade. 2. I only use hook blades in this version and straight blades in the retractable version. 3. storage area hold about 5 to 6 blades, so not always running to tool box for a new blade. 4. reasonable price. 5. I buy in bulk for savings and free shipping [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Best utility knife I've owned

Most knives I've used last less than 6 months. I've been using one of these for over 2 years now and it's still going strong. Fewer moving parts means it's more durable. And whoever needs instructions for how to loosen a thumb screw shouldn't be using a knife of any kind.

Great knife

DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. It's a knife.. it's not hard to use and doesn't need instructions. You turn the screw to the left to open it and put extra blades under the spring inside. It closes just fine with about 5 blades stored in the handle. My co-workers and I use these for roofing and we love them. Best fixed blade utility knife ive ever had.
