Didn't think that I'd like this computer. Or, that I would like buying a computer online. Well, after a season of using this machine long enough to become familiar with it, I can say without doubt that I truly am satisfied with this device, it's performance, and with Walmart.com's customer support, and service. Never did I think I'd be satisfied with such a purchase, but I had to try it, and I'm very glad that I did, because I don't think I would've recognized such a gem of a machine in a store display full of various machines. It took me some while to get to know this device, and Windows nowadays changes so much, it's practically had three different OS's on it over the course of one summer. There were many things I didn't like about this machine, before I actually had one of my own. Such as, the lack of an Ethernet port, non-upgrade-able RAM memory, LCD screen instead of OLED, non-removable battery... for some, but the portability of the device, and the speed at which it re-charges, certainly more than makes up for having to have a dongle adapter, or an external AP adapter, for Ethernet situations. Most CSR requirements are for hard wiring, and no Wi-Fi use due to security concerns, so that is a drawback in that sense, but nothing a dongle can't fix. Recharge time is never more than two hours, even from fully dead. Battery life on Wi-Fi is right around the eight hours mark. With Wi-Fi off, it's well over 12 hours for most apps, and about 10 hours for watching movies. Best graphics performance is achieved by using the most up to date video drivers from AMD, and I found that a BIOS flash to the latest BIOS makes the Synaptics touch pad work like a dream, as well as allow the most up to date graphics drivers to load and run flawlessly. Computers, and cars, are two things I swore I'd never buy online. Oh well, I can't say I'm disappointed. And, I didn't expect that...
