Excellent!
it's good that it's unfortified, I've compared the taste with the nutritional yeast flakes I've owned from another brand and these appear a little more saltier to me. Maybe because it's powder and not flakes. But overall it is a good product and the package is so big, will last longer

tasty and healthy
I LOVE nutritional yeast. I bought this brand because the usual one I buy was not available, but it did not disappoint. It's very fine compared to the flakes I was used to but it integrates into recipes better that way. The taste is exceptional and it provides a great source of protein and a savory cheesy flavor. I love to use it in tofu scramble as well.

Great price for bulk nooch
I wanted unfortified nooch as a protein supplement and this was a great price for lots of servings! Taste is good, the powder is pretty fine though - so not for you if you like large flakes.
