Organic Coconut Butter, 16 oz (453 g), Kevala

I am SO glad I tried this product! I bought it to replace the organic virgin coconut oil I was adding to smoothies, opting for a coconut flavor with a better nutrition profile over the oil, and hoping it would not solidify like the oil does. It does solidify, so my next step is a better blender, but that will be awhile down the road still. I love the manufacturer chose glass over plastic. The jar isnt so deep I cannot use a teaspoon to breakup, and stir the contents. This coconut butter is smooth and creamy, with a perfectly light, natural sweetness. Other than a smoothie, I am loving the coconut flavor and texture on toasted english muffins, with a scoop of cherry preserves. o...m....g
